I get bored easily and I've always liked keeping several projects going at one time. This industry is perfect for me. I get to set my own schedule, meet clients and then see the fruits of my labor really pay off. I like the idea of being in control of my own destiny. The harder I work, the more I get rewarded. Going out into the market, assembling data on competitive properties and making a recommendation on my findings makes me feel like a valuable team member. I've always been a person that enjoys working on a team. Maybe this stems from my high school days playing on a sports team? Nothing compares to being on a winning team.
