Maintenance Director

There are buildings around the world that are hundreds of years old and are still productive real estate investments because the assets have been maintained. The role of a maintenance director is to plan, organize and direct the maintenance, repair and alteration of buildings and grounds ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently and with regulatory guidelines and projected deadlines; preparing and managing the annual budgets. A maintenance management program includes routine, deferred, emergency, preventative, corrective and cosmetic upgrades. The Director of Maintenance will work with contractors and employees to administer a maintenance management program aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of the owner.
